My birthday is on May 3rd and I do a lot of things on my birthday.
Projects and Challenges
At Earl Warren I went to many awards assemblies and first I won a silver and then i won a gold medal. Our class had a lot of challenges, we had to versus Mr. Jones at soccer, dodgeball, kickball and our class won everyone. Mr. Jones won only one at the Spelling Bee. I knew that our class would win because we had all of the good people. I was nervous when Caroline, Daniel, and Megan spelled a word wrong and that's how I thought that our class would win.
Field Trips
We had a lot of field trips like skating. That field trip was fun because everybody was falling. When I was riding, I saw somebody talking and I got confused and I fell down really hard on my bottom. The other thing that was fun was when we played redlight, greenlight. That was fun because everybody was falling very hard on their bottoms.
Projects
Kyri is a completely different kid now than when he first joined our class. Two years ago, he was having a lot of trouble completing his work and was not very enthusiastic about school. Now he has a MUCH BETTER attitude about school and as a result has been more successful. Kyri is a very strong athlete, and a leader out on the dodgeball court. In fact, I get a little nervous when he has the ball because he can throw very hard and it is hard for me to get out of the way! I was also impressed with his skill during the 6th grade versus staff soccer game. My favorite memory was when Kyri was awarded a gold medal for his work on the 5th grade math STAR test. That was not easy to do, and he worked very hard to reach that goal. I have seen his confidence grow, and I am very proud of what he has accomplished. Best of luck to you in the future!
Mr. Castro (c) 2009 - Earl Warren Elementary School - Sacramento City Unified School District - Design By Free CSS Templates The projects we had were sometimes very hard because we had to come in front of the class and explain how we made it and where it came from. I was embarrassed to come in front of the class to explain it to them and that's it.
Goals for Future
My goals for the future is to do all my homework everyday and I want to come to school everyday. Thank you Mr. Castro for being a nice teacher to all of us and not to be sometimes mean to all of us. I enjoyed being in your class for a long time. It was very fun being in your class because this is the bestest class I've been in my whole life. I hope I get to see you if I get a chance. I hope you guys have a good time at your other schools next year.
