    Hi my name is Mark. I was born in Mexico. My family and I came here to visit our grandparents. I have three sisters. I have gotten lots of awards at this school, but this school also gives out challenges for people who want better grades.

    My hobbies are what others kids do. My first hobby is video games. I play only when I get good grades. My second hobby is sports. I play soccer as my favorite sport. I have been playing since I was 10 years old. 

   We celebrate things from America and Mexico. Sometimes the president makes up new holidays like ''Dia del los Ninos'' when you celebrate a day for the kids. GOODBYE MR. CASTRO AND EARL WARREN.

 

Teacher's Message

Mark really matured a great deal this past year not only when it came to schoolwork but as a person in general. I also could tell that he cared a great deal about his education. He would often ask me questions about his homework to make sure that he was doing it right, instead of just writing down anything to get it done. My favorite memories of Mark were all of the interesting stories that he told during sharing. I would usually be checking homework while the class shared, but when it was Mark's turn I would make sure to listen carefully to what he had to say. Towards the end of the year, he also liked giving me a hard time. We would joke around with each other, but it was all in good fun. I am proud of all of the things that he accomplished since joining our class in 5th grade. Keep up the good work in middle school and beyond... and for your information I am not that old... yet!
