It truly is an honor to work with you, someone who looks beyond all the stuff that goes on and truly thinks of the kids and how best to educate them and help them grow. Congratulations on winning the Teacher of the Year. You really do deserve that honor!!
One of those nights where I can’t stop thinking about work. It’s been a tough week…then….came across your website (finally perused it at length), and Mr. Castro…it’s no wonder you produce the kind of scores you do! You are an inspiration to all students and adults! I’m so fortunate to have you on our staff.

I just want to say that I am homesick, I mean, Earl Warren was like my home. I MISS the school so much! I WANT to come back so badly! Hehehe, Mr. Castro is stuck with 4th graders. Good luck with that! ^_^ Well, the webpages are so great.
I wanted to say that Mr. Castro is such a great teacher. He helped me publish my first NOVEL. 306 pages too. Wow, right? He can make any student’s dream come true. Mine did. I hope everyone else that didn’t go to my school (Will C. Wood) is doing fine in their school. The reunion was GREAT! Saw all of my best friends and classmates.
I can’t wait for all of you to see my novels in the bookshelves. Good luck to all of you! Keep on dreamin’, fight for it, your goal is like Mount Everest. Climb over it. Believe in yourself, that is the main thing. Hope your dreams come true!!!!

Hello all. I just wanted to say it was a pleasure working at Earl Warren for the past 11 years. It was the best job I have ever had. Being able to work with students from Kindergarten up through 6th grade was awesome. I will miss all of you.

The website it great. It tells what kind of things goes on in our class like how we have the Splash Club and Leadership. Our class was great. I really enjoy being in Mr. Castro’s class. I have many great friends. We did fun things in Mr. Castro’s class.
I really like the website and it brings alot of good memories with my class!!!!! I really miss alot of people because they are actually very cool to hang out with!!! I miss my teacher because he believes in all of us and he believes we will do good in the future!!!! The webpages are very wonderful and Mr.Castro , good job on the website you deserve a good vacation… so get a good summer breck even though you have to do summer school!!!!

I have a lot to say about my class, but let’s start off with this website. Of course I’m a student in Room 14, and I have been surfing through this site and reading my classmates’ webpages. I actually learned more about my classmates. When I read their pages, I was surprised to know a side about them that was not shown to me. The videos and pictures refreshed my memories about my times as a 6th grader and what I did in that year.
Now, what I have to say about my classmates. They all are very cool, funny, intelligent, and friendly. I already miss them. I think that our class is so strong together that nobody can top us! Mr. Castro really cared about us. He believed in us. He’s a GREAT teacher!
On my 6th grade promotion, my friends and I cried our eyes out because we will miss each other very much. You know, just thinking about that day with the sobbing and hugging, makes me want to cry, and I am. I’m so close with my classmates that everynight, I dream about them being with me. (Crying) I LOVE YOU ALL!
